Swim Lessons

We had so much fun swimming this summer.

Meika at Swim school. I thought this was so fun, Meika says it was so boring. But they were learning all the different strokes and the kicks and were swimming the whole length of the pool. I was pretty impressed with all those little kids endurance.

This is Sienna at her swim lessons, she did so great and was a little fish by the end of her two weeks of lessons.

California Trip in June

These are the last of the picture from our trip to California with my family. We spent the morning at a quiet little beach playing in the tide pools and collecting seashells.

We had a beautiful view from the hotel, we barbecued dinner and enjoyed the cool fresh air.

Before leaving for home we headed to the San Juan Capistrano Mission Museum.

It was so pretty.

Disneyland in June

Last month we went to Newport Beach with my parents and siblings, Seth wasn't able to go and I was a little nervous to go without him, but thanks to my wonderful families help we were able to really enjoy it.

I tried to keep the girls in the stroller most the time, and candy seemed to keep them in there for a few minutes longer than anything else.

Sienna enjoying the ocean Mary-go-round. We went on this probably 6 or 7 times in a row. There weren't very many people on so we would switch sea animals after each round.. it was a great way to relax after walking around for so long.

I love this picture, it was the end of the day it had started getting a little chilly and cute little Stryker wanted to snuggle up with Meika in the stroller. She was being so cute with him treating him like a precious little baby... it was really cute!

After a long day at the Disneyland & California Adventure the girls snuggled up with their babies and fell right to sleep.

An Afternoon at the Beach

We went to California for Seth's brothers wedding reception and we so glad to sneak to the beach for the afternoon. It was absolutely beautiful!

Sienna was trying to figure out how to wash her feet without going in the ocean...

She got Meika to fill the buckets up for her to wash her feet.

Isn't the pier just so pretty! Sienna is pretty darn cute in her pink little suit too!

Sand Angels

Seth tried convince Sienna that the water fun... can you tell by the way she is standing what she was thinking?

Our girls were the only kids at the beach with life jackets on... once I realized they weren't really getting in the water I let them take them off.

Sienna loved playing in the sand...

Meika was a little more willing to get in the water but didn't go much further than this. Seth was sad that the girls wouldn't go in and swim with him.

We went to check out the Henderson Farmers Market with some friends and found something really healthy... SnOw CoNeS!

The guy at the booth was so nice, the girls finished all the ice and were left with a bit of juice so he filled them back up with fresh ice and a little juice too.. so they each had two cups of snow.

I'm so glad that we have these two precious little girls in our home. We would be completely bored without them :)

Meika's Dance Performance

Meika had so much fun doing tap & jazz. She is really such a little performer that it just cracks me up! Seth and I had fun watching her... Seth was so cute and grabbed her a chocolate rose and a marshmallow hello kitty.

Clark County Fair

(This happened back in May, so I am REALLY behind with our posts)

The Girls performed at the the fair with the little performing group they are in called "twist & Shout". They were all so cute up there on the big stage. It was the first time Seth had seen them perform so he was running around trying to video tape it and taking tons of picture, it was really cute I should have taken a picture of him. Here the girls are back stage waiting to go on. They are so cute!

After they performed we walked around and enjoyed some of the fair stuff. The girls LOVED riding the horses.

The had these foot massage chairs all over the fair grounds, so the girls and I sat down and enjoyed one.. it was actually pretty funny. They vibrate really fast so its hard to keep your feet on them and then once you get your feet to stay it kinda tickles!

The girls got their faces painted and looked as cute as can be. Meika got a beautiful butterfly and Sienna got some cute flowers on her cheek. They waited so patiently in line for what seems like forever.

Meika Graduated from Pre-School

Meika was so excited for her graduation they had been practicing for a few months the songs that they would be performing and she is a PERFORMER so she couldn't wait for the big day. Look how cute she is all dressed and ready to go.

There she goes in her little cap and gown. The pictures are all fuzzy...darn.

You can't really tell this is even her, but there she is accepting her "diploma". The kids were all so cute, the preschool did a great job with the graduation.
