A few months ago my darling little girls cut up their fitted sheet so I was left with a DARLING top sheet. I have done a few fun things with the sheet...Made a tent for our play fort, made a pillow case dress and today I made a cute little skirt. It was a nice easy Sunday sewing project... with two little Princesses you can never have enough skirts!

I love it! I you are so resourcful! IT turned out just darling. I wish I was a better sewer. Not sewer like drains yucky water, but sew- er. Hmm.
Cute! That's a good idea to use a sheet! When I buy fabric I usually buy 1/4 to 1/2 yard. Depending on how much I want to spend....and how much I LOVE the fabric. If I'm ordering online I get 1/2 yards since you usually have too. Then if I use it all up and I wished I had more I can usually buy more. When I started I just bought 1/4 yards though, and it made a nice little stash and most of my colors coordinated nicely so I could use them all up! Your girls are getting so big! What are your plans now that Seth's graduated? Talk to ya later, Al
WOW! You are awesome! How cute is that!!?!? I love it! Great job! It is adorable! There is this site, for those who can sew (Im not very talented in that area) and they make the cutest kid dresses and ourfits! You should do them! (if you do let me know I will buy them from you! lol!)

Im not kidding, the CUTEST patterns EVER! I wish I could sew. This is the only time I REALLY wish I could sew! Its gotta be the cutest clothes for little girls around!
You are probably the craftiest person I know. Atticus is jealous of the skirt, he says that a skirt helps you go to the castle.
that is so cute! i really want to learn how to sew, especially if i ever have a girl. my grandma used to always make my sisters and me dresses for easter, christmas, etc. and i think that's so cute that you sew stuff for your girls!
Seriously you are so talented! You are always making adorable things! It would take me months to make that darling skirt and it took you a Sunday afternoon! :) Love it!
Erin said it best, you are so RESOURCEFUL! what a talent!
