Meika's Nursery Rhyme Program

A few Months ago Meika's Kindergarten class put on a little nursery rhyme program. It was so cute, they each memorized a nursery rhyme and they also preformed a bunch as a group to song. They were so cute!

I woke up to this on my floor...

A couple months ago I woke up and saw this on the floor next to me, at first I thought it was just some clothes thrown on the floor. Then I realized it was Meika, she has put on Seth's sweat pants and my sweatshirt and made her self comfy. I thought it was so cute.

Baby Bump @ 19 Weeks

Between Meika and Sienna this was the best picture I could get...Maybe I'll have Seth take a better picture.

This pregnancy my body has been a lot pickier about what I can eat than I remember it being with the girls. At the beginning of my pregnancy I was pretty much living on oranges, orange juice, string cheese and prenatal vitamins. Now I am back to eating a normal diet of real food which is so nice.
This little guy is so busy, I have been able to feel him moving for the last couple weeks. This week I also put away my normal size jeans and bought some bigger stretchier ones so that I can actually go through the whole day without having to unbutton the top button in order to breath and I'm totally loving the stretchy jeans!
Monday at my appointment with my midwife I weighed 124.5 pounds (I've gained 4.5 pounds now... whoohoo) which I was so excited about because at my last appointment I had lost a pound and so she asked me to keep track of what I was eating for a week which is kind of a pain. So I was glad I wouldn't have to do that again.
I'm sorry, this is a really boring post... but I just wanted to get up a picture of me at this stage.

Its a BOY!!!!

This little guys is such a busy body, it took a long time for them to get pictures of what they needed. He kept rolling around, kicking, waving, yawning, rolling some more. Here are two cute little shots of our skinny little man. They actually look a little freaky, because he has no fat on him yet.
It looks like he has a little pointy chin and his Daddy's pointy top lip.

He kept his hands up by his face for a while... his little arms and hands are so cute!

Random Pictures

After a few weeks of silly looking teeth, they finally both fell out. Her toothless smile is the just the cutest thing. I'm trying to soak up all the cuteness before her GIANT big girl teeth grow in.
I'm not sure where Sienna learned this, but during our prayers she has been doing this with her hands and I think it is the cutest thing ever. she looks like a little angel.
I created a reading corner for the girls a few months ago and I find Sienna over there all the time with all the books scattered around her. I think it is so fun.

Fall Fun

I love when Fall comes, everything about it so fun. The candy, smells, pumpkins, rides, costumes, leaves its all just so much fun!

We carved pumpkins last Monday for family night, and it was a lot of fun.
Here's Meika making a silly face as she grabs the slimy goo out of her pumpkin.

Sienna would not have anything to do with cleaning the pumpkin out, how cute is she!! It was so funny how grossed out she was. So sweet daddy did it for her. Once it came to cutting it though, she drew her face and started cutting... it turned out really cute.
I forgot that the finished Pumpkins are on Seth's phone, so I will have to get those and add them to this post... sorry.
We went to the "pumpkin patch" and here the girls are learning about different pumpkins and how important it is to use a pumpkin carving knife and not a normal kitchen knife.

They went on a giant slide and spiny cup things which totally make me sick!

Here are the silly girls, I was trying to get a cute picture of them by the pumpkins... and this is what I got... I do love Meika's front teeth, or the missing of her front teeth.

She is such a sweet little girl and we love having her in our family. She is always asking the cutest questions. She loves her little sister so much a usually will do anything for her.We celebrated meika's birthday at Bounce U with some of her friends, it was so much fun. Probably the easiest birthday I have EVER Done.

April 20th 2011

We are SO excited to be putting this date on our calender as our little bean's DUE DATE!!! After a year of trying and a surgical IUD removal later we are beyond excited. Today we had our 10 week check-up and got to listen to the the very strong heart beat...

(Sienna took this picture for me)

Tonight when Seth gets home from work we are going to tell the girls the exciting news. I can't wait to see their reaction, they have been praying for Jesus to give us a baby for a while now.

Meika Started Kindergarten!!

August 30th 2010
It seems like Meika has grown up so fast, she was so excited to be starting school and was even more excited for Seth to give her a fathers blessing. Look how cute she is with her backpack on during her blessing. She has been loving everything about kindergarten, the first week of homework was a little drama filled but she has been getting better at just sitting down and getting it done. She is such a sweet little girl and I hope she continues to love school and learning.
Cute little Meika posing at her school as we waited for her teacher to come out and get them.

Trip to Utah

The beginning of August the girls and I headed to Utah so Meika could go to Nana & Papa camp. This was the first year she has been able to go so she was so excited! The camp is for grandkids 5 and up so it was her and then all the big kids.
Whenever we go to Utah we ALWAYS head to our FAVORITE dentist to get our teeth cleaned and checked and have any work that needs to be done. Dr Fisher is seriously such a great dentist, my girls love him and talk about him all the time and really I like him a lot too.
Sienna had two tiny little cavities so we had those taken care of in about 5 minutes... so nice. She was so cute about it keeping her mouth open as wide as she could. She was very brave.
While Meika was as her camp Sienna and I spent lots of time with all the little cousins who weren't old enough to go. We also went on a mommy daughter date which was so fun! We visited the toy store and went to dinner... it was fun to spend some quality time with her.
Sienna riding the horse at the toy store (she rode this for probably ten minutes straight)

Playing with all the darling little action figures.

This video is of Sienna on the way home after our date...she was so tired!!

I was in Utah during mine and Seth's 7th anniversary and sweet Seth had asked his Mom to pick up some flowers and a gift card for me... I was really shocked, what a cute husband I have. I sure do like him :)

Trip to Arizona

In July we went to Arizona while Seth took the Bar there. We stayed for 5 days and enjoyed every second of it. The drive there was pretty funny because Seth was still trying to study, so he was listening to his lectures and we were trying to do anything but disturb him. :) So of course the girls were given every junk food that their little heart could desire in order for them to be a little bit quieter. I looked back and saw Sienna doing this...

Meika & Sienna enjoying a movie
We found this pizza place called Oregano's that we loved! They gave the girls a ball of dough to play with while we waited for our food. So fun!

I guess I didn't take very many picture, but we did a LOT of swimming. The hotel had a fun water slide and this fun glass you could swim behind. It was so much fun lounging by the pool. What was even more fun was having Daddy with us the WHOLE time.. We were in heaven.

Sienna & Puppy

This picture sums of Sienna and the puppies relationship. Sienna spends most of her time trying to catch puppy and then either snuggling her or trying to dress her up. In this picture Sienna got their basket of hair clips out and is attching them ALL to puppies collar. What a funny little girl!

Swim Lessons

We had so much fun swimming this summer.
Meika at Swim school. I thought this was so fun, Meika says it was so boring. But they were learning all the different strokes and the kicks and were swimming the whole length of the pool. I was pretty impressed with all those little kids endurance.
This is Sienna at her swim lessons, she did so great and was a little fish by the end of her two weeks of lessons.

California Trip in June

These are the last of the picture from our trip to California with my family. We spent the morning at a quiet little beach playing in the tide pools and collecting seashells.

We had a beautiful view from the hotel, we barbecued dinner and enjoyed the cool fresh air.
Before leaving for home we headed to the San Juan Capistrano Mission Museum.
It was so pretty.
